Sensory Qualities

Appearance
It has an ivory color with pink and orange tones. In the cut, you can see the brightness and the original size of the curd grain, the result of its delicate and careful manufacturing process.

Aroma
Aromatically it presents a fresh scent with hints of fresh goat milk.

Taste
Mediterranean fruit flavors stand out with roasted and caramelized marks typical of the maturation of sheep’s milk.
