Its taste of Mediterranean fruits with caramel marks and a slight spiciness will not leave you indifferent, you have to try it!

Appearance
It has a straw-white colour with a semi-matt surface. Presence of numerous small eyes of mechanical and fermentation origin.

Aroma
Its aroma reminds us of freshly milked raw milk. Intense, deep and warm.

Taste
Mediterranean fruit flavours stand out with roasted and caramelised marks typical of sheep’s milk ripening.

Unctuous, but consistent and resistant to cutting
