Appearance
Ivory coloured paste with a bright appearance in the central area, occasional small eyes and irregular distribution.

Aroma
Clean smells of lactic fermentation, with hints of yogurt, fermented milk and fresh butter.

Taste
Sweet and balanced, with a very low point of salt, Slight lactic hints and important memories of milk curd.

Texture
Very creamy, medium elasticity, enough consistency to offer a clean cut. Pleasant and melting.
